No matter the way ,no matter the efforts,once in a while your cannon product can collapse when you will not expect!!it wasn't supposed this things to happen ,but 2.155.0 error code occur where the life it seams to be very pleasant.One of very interesting error and one of the well known is the scanner one .The one of the inconvenience is the process indeed and nothing has to do with this product.We know very well as like in the case of any kind of electronic component and even more this is an IT device and it has dual structure: the hardware and the software.Moreover its connection with computer is made by an universal serial bus !!! Does this have any trouble with the scanner error indeed?? or we have to search in depth this scanner failure?? from my point of view nothing has to do with nothing!!! the cannon device has nothing to do with this failure ....
After many series of investigation and electrical measurement I've raised an one simple conclusion outlined therein in the paragraph which will follow.
Does this scanner failure occur like in this paragraph below or do have some similarities !!??

In first instance of the scann process all seemed to be fine until it stops at 23% percent or even more --up to 80% when it collaps!!!!
The initial code is :1.155.0
after that it carry on with 2.155.0
I can say it is a real problem !!!!"
Well it is very sure your cannon software doesn't have any problem and 1.155.0 error occur in certain condition which need to be solved only by removing the USB cable!!
It seems that this cable has some influence or even more has some failures concerning the conductivity!!! A one or more than a one cold brazing can do this unpleasant error!!The tin has lost his capacity and can't join corresponding the electrical wire.
