Ribbon has been named on Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list, a result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or virtual facility.

Inc. selected 475 honorees this year following the review of thousands of submissions. Ribbon and the other submissions were judged based on an employee survey, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. Along with this survey, each company’s benefits were audited to determine an overall score and ranking.

In today’s tumultuous economic climate, including unpredictable and highly competitive housing market trends, Ribbon is proud to provide new and alternative ways for American homeowners to achieve their financial goals. In the past year, Ribbon’s internal headcount has grown by 50 percent to meet the growing demand from homeowners looking for alternative solutions. Additionally, Ribbon's customer base grew by approximately 200 percent, reflecting the reality that our solutions are more necessary than ever.
