    How Sell & Stay works

    Get qualified

    EasyKnock works with you to evaluate your needs, match you with a program that makes the most sense for you, and provide clarity around your home’s estimate and anticipated cash funding. When you’re ready to proceed, you’ll sign a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI).66

    Sign, close, and get your cash

    EasyKnock administers a traditional 2 to 4-week real estate home closing process that includes executing a Purchase Agreement. Once your house is sold to EasyKnock, your lease begins and you receive the agreed-upon cash.

    Stay in your home

    You stay in the home as a renter while deciding on your next steps. At any point, you can exercise your Sell & Stay Option to repurchase your home or direct EasyKnock to sell it on the open market. Should you want to extend your lease, you can do so for up to 5 years. EasyKnock will consider additional renewals on a case-by-case basis.
